Heavy Metals Remediation
Heavy Metal remediation involves stabilization technology which converts toxic heavy metals into a safe, naturally occurring state. This proprietary stabilization system uses additives and reagents to convert heavy metals from their toxic leachable form into natural, non-leachable forms or apatite.
The end product is a harmless, naturally occurring form which can then be incorporated into the foundation of buildings, safely transported off-site or used as construction debris monofill.
Our process adds marginal volumes (1%-5% increase) compared to standard stabilization methods (30%-50% increase) reducing on site set up, equipment costs, and when moved off site, reduced transportation and disposal fees.
In our experience this process saves between 30%-60% compared to conventional stabilization costs.
One time physical contact with contaminants is all that is required rendering our system ideal for in-situ remediation. Combined with our cutting edge injection technology remediation is assured.
