PROCESS
Step 1
Procure a complete Phase 2 Environmental Site Assessment. To be performed by a recognized Engineering Firm.
Step 2
Review the complete Phase 2 ESA to determine scope of contamination (plume, soil type, geography, topography, hydrogeology, type of contamination, level of contamination etc.).
Step 3
On site investigation.
Remediation Plan and Estimate.
Step 4
Discuss proposal and approve.
